Palmera's EASY transportation
Palmera offers you hassle free transportation options for your arrivals, departures or if you just want to go for a drive around the area. Our own drivers are among the best in the area, very reliable and English speaking. We cannot always guarantee transportation with our own drivers, but feel free to put in a request when you send us your reservation. Upon pick up at the agreed pick up place, the driver will be waiting for you with a customized sign. You just have to tell us what to put on the sign and that’s what you should look for.
Vehicles:
We offer transportation for individual travelers / small groups (1-6 persons) as well as medium sized groups (6-25 persons) and large groups (25+ persons). Choose between our standard transportation and luxury transportation for that VIP treatment you deserve on your vacation. Depending on how many persons are in your party, we use the following vehicles:

Beverages:
For transfers of minimum 4 persons, we offer refreshing (cold) beverages which you can enjoy in the van/car/bus. Choose between bottled water (US$ 1 per bottle), Coca-Cola, etc. (US$ 3 per bottle/can) or Presidente beer (US$ 3 per bottle/can).

Meet & Greet:
We automatically offer complimentary “meet & greet” services for airport arrivals and hotel departure of 10+ persons who are arriving/departing together. This means that apart from being greeted by your driver at the airport, you will also be greeted by a Palmera staff member who speaks English and Spanish as a minimum and who will make sure you and your luggage go on the right bus. If you are travelling in a party of less than 10 persons we can add our “meet & greet” services to your transfer for a small fee of US$ 50.

Reservations:
Once you have selection your preferred transportation, please send us an email to
res@grouppalmera.com providing the following information:
- Full name of at least one person in your party.
- Number of persons (adults).
- Number and age of children. Children 0-2 years go for free and children 2-12 years will get a discount.
- Date of transfer.
- Pick up place (name of airport, name of hotel, etc.).
- Pick up time (arrival time of flight, pick up from your hotel, etc.).
- Destination/where you are going to (name of hotel, airport, etc.)
- Arrival or Departure (name and number of your arrival/departure flight).
- Important notes if there is anything we need to be aware of.

Payment:
Once we have received your reservation, we will send you a confirmation along with an invoice for the transportation. The invoice will clearly state the payment deadline, amount to be paid and payment methods. Payment should be done either by credit card or bank transfer. Your confirmation is also your receipt/voucher which you can print out and bring with you to show the driver as proof of your reservation. You will also receive an emergency telephone number which you may call at any time if you are early, delayed or cannot find the driver.

- Punta Cana airport (PUJ) to hotels in Uvero Alto is 45 – 60 minutes.
- Punta Cana airport (PUJ) to Casa de Campo is 90 minutes.
- Punta Cana airport (PUJ) to hotels in Santo Domingo is 180 minutes.
- La Romana airport (LRM) to Casa de Campo is 15 minutes.
- La Romana airport (LRM) to hotels in Punta Cana is 90 minutes.
- La Romana airport (LRM) to hotels in Santo Domingo is 90 minutes or more.
- Santo Domingo airport (SDQ) to hotels in Santo Domingo is 30 minutes.
- Santo Domingo airport (SDQ) to Casa de Campo is 90 minutes.
- Santo Domingo airport (SDQ) to hotels in Punta Cana is 180 minutes.
